Walnuts are said to be high nutritious and good for improving blood circulation and beautiful skin. It’s tasty itself, however, seasoned with soy sauce and mirin, the aromatic flavour goes well with beer and shochu besides various wines!
・50 g walnuts
・1 tbsp soy sauce
・1 tbsp mirin (sweet sake)
・some coriander powder
1. Pan-fry the walnuts without oil. When the good aroma comes out and walnuts got light brown, add soy sauce and mirin. Mix well.
2. When a good fragrance of light burnt soy sauce comes out, sprinkle some coriander powder and mix well.
