【5-Minute Appetizer】
Hiya-Yakko (Chilled Tofu) Topped with Tomato and Basil with Balsamic Soy Sauce

Tofu is good simple food and can goes well with various other ingredients and seasonings. I created this recipe with tomato, basil, and balsamic vinegar in Italian style with some soy sauce. Is a peeling tomato process troublesome? It enhances the combination of tomato and seasonings in one minute! It goes well with white, rose, or sparkling wine besides beer!
