100 g cooked white rice
3 black olive (sliced)
15 g bacon (roughly chopped and sauteed)
1 sheet seaweed
1. Divide the cooked rice into two and make flat rice balls. Look at the photo below.
2. Put just a bit of lettuce, bacon and olive on one side of the rice balls.
3. Put the other rice ball on top of the 2.
4. Put a bit of salt around the rice ball.
5. Wrap it with a sheet of seaweed.
