Black Pepper Edamame Beans

If you don’t get shelled edamame, you can use unshelled-dried, canned or frozen edamame!

SERVES: 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

・ 250g edamame (green soy) beans (shelled)
・ some black pepper
・ some salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add enough salt to boiled water, and blanch edamame beans for about 5 minutes.
2. when it is soften, strain and cool it down. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the shell  and mix well.
