Bouillabaisse-like Miso soup

2 cups water
6 shrimps
4 scallops
1 clove of garlic, sliced
70g onion, sliced
40g celery, sliced
70g tomato, cut into bite-sized chunks
Italian parsley for topping
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine
15g miso paste

1.    In a medium sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion and celery and saute until the garlic becomes light brown and fragrant.
2.    Add shrimps, scallops and white wine
3.    Add tomato and water, simmer for 5 minutes
4.    Stir in the Miso.
5.    Serve immediately and place Italian parsley for topping
