Bemen matches well in any cuisine styles such as Japanese, European, Asian and so on. Bemen tsuyu broth has thick umami flavour and goes well with coconut milk. You can also sprinkle lemon or lime juice in it for perfect taste!!
・120 g Bemen (Lake Louise Co.,ltd.）
・50 g chicken leg meat（1.5 cm cube）
・salt and pepper to taste
・some olive oil
・1 packet tsuyu broth attached to Bemen
・120 ml coconut milk
・120 ml water
・1 clove garlic (chopped)
・1 piece ginger (chopped)
・1/2 onion (chopped)
・1 tbsp. curry powder
・1 tbsp. garam masala
・some chili powder
・1 tsp. nam pla
・2 okra (blanched, 3 cm lengthed）
・30 g red pepper (sliced）
・some coriander leaves
1. Sauté the seasoned chicken in a frying pan with some olive oil until golden brown, then stir fry the garlic, ginger, and onion. Add curry powder, garam masala, and chili to be fragrant.
2. Add coconut milk, Bemen tsuyu broth, and water. Simmer for about 8 minutes.
3. Add boiled and washed Bamen and red pepper into 2, add nam pla to taste. Garnished with okra and coriander leaves. Serve it.
