I use Japanese maccha ice cream in this recipe. You must try the superb taste with maccha, buckwheat, and walnuts flavour. Fresh fruits gives refreshing taste!
・45 ml Crepe batter (from Shimeji mushroom Galette)
・some cooking oil
・ 1 scoop maccha ice cream
・1 tbsp. walnuts
・1 fig (cut into 6-8 pieces)
・1 tbsp. maple syrup
1. Spread cooking oil into a frying pan with a piece of kitchen paper and put over medium heat. Then, spread the crepe batter onto the pan. Cook both sides. When ready, set aside and cool it down.
2. Put fruits, walnuts, and maccha ice cream over the crepe. Sprinkle maple syrup. Serve it immediately.
