【Gluten Free: Rice Flour Béchamel Sauce × Pork】Sautéed Pork with Grain Mustard Cream Sauce

When you make béchamel sauce with rice flour, the consistency is not as thicker than that of normal sauce with wheat flour. Besides, it has rich umami flavour and can be nice sauce also with mustard or cheese. You can use this sauce for white meet like chicken or veal. I recommend you to garnish with Black Beans and Sesame Garlic Rice.

・1 pieces pork loin
・some olive oil
・salt and pepper to taste

<Grain mustard cream sauce>
・30 ml Rice flour béchamel sauce (from Seafood Cream Komeko Pasta)
・1 tsp. Dijon grain mustard
・salt and pepper to taste
・some parsley or chives (chopped)


1. To make Grain mustard cream sauce, put Rice flour Béchamel sauce into a sauce pan over heat. Once boiled, remove from the heat and add grain mustard, salt and pepper. Put some water if needed to adjust the consistency.
2. Cut pork strings, then sprinkle some salt and pepper. Sauté the pork until golden brown and rest for about 3 minutes.
3. Slice the pork and serve hot with the sauce.
