Gluten Free Rice Pizza


150g rice flour
3g salt
4g sugar
10cc olive oil
3g dry yeast
120g water

For toppings:
tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese
fresh cheese

1. Put rice flour, salt, sugar and olive oil into a bowl, and mix well with eggbeater.
2. Add dry yeast and water, and then mix by hand.
3. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes
4. Roll out the dough, smear with tomato sauce then spread toppings over the top of the pie.
5. Put into an oven preliminarily heated to 200°C, then bake until golden and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
