SERVES: 4 pieces

 

INGREDIENTS:

・1 (55 g) egg
・50 g sugar
・80 ml milk
・45 ml grapeseed oil, or other oil doesn’t have strong flavour
・150 g rice flour
・6 g bicarbonate of soda
・1 pinch of salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Put egg and sugar into a bowl, whisk well until it turns pale yellow and increases in volume bombe.

2. Stir in vegetable grapeseed oil and milk into the 1, then sift rice flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt into it.

3. Spoon the mixture into muffin cups at the level of 70%.

4. Bake in a oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
