Green Tea has really wonderful aroma, however very sensitive. So it goes well with hard cheese rather than strong flavoured cheese. The egg and cheese gently hold green tea flavour. You must try!
・1 tsp. green tea leaves (by Hoshino-seichaen Co., Ltd.)
・1 tsp. warm water
・1 tsp. cream
・20 g comte cheese (shredded) or other kind of hard cheese
・1 pinch of salt
・1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1. Put the green tea leaves and warm water, wait for 2 minutes, stir in the egg completely. Add some salt and cream and mix.
2. Put the butter into a frying pan over medium heat and make omelette. Roll the cheese up on the way. Serve it.
