（Takachiho Agriculture and Forestry Product Processing Group）
What is Murakumo no Ito?
Kamairicha soba is made from buckwheat flour, wheat flour, and roasted green tea. The deciding factor of the taste of kamaricha soba is the tea which is made by roasting raw tea leaves in a kettle which is heated using direct flame. This soba is mainly produced in Kyushu area. The kamaricha used in this product is made in Takachiho in Miyazaki Prefecture. The mushrooms which are in the sauce and the buckwheat flour are both produced in Kyushu also.
We Tried It!
When you cut the package of the noodles, you can immediately get a waft of the pleasant smell. You have to boil the noodles with plenty of water for about 5 minutes, then rinse the noodles under running water. First off, we tried putting cold tea noodles on a plate and pouring some mushroom dipping sauce over it. This was accompanied by grated radish and wasabi. The smooth texture of the soba is refreshing and the taste of the tea spreads nicely through your mouth. The compatibility of the noodles with the mushroom sauce was outstanding.
Next, we added boiling water to the mushroom sauce and used it to dip the noodles into it. The taste of the tea soba could be tasted clearly and could be eaten with a refreshing feeling.
