Grilled Green pepper with Soy Sauce

Green peppers’ seeds also can be eaten. Good burnt soy sauce covering green peppers stimulates your appetite!

・4 pieces (130 g) green pepper
・1 tbsp. soy sauce
・some sesame oil



1. Prick green peppers 3-4 times with a fork.

2. Put sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the green peppers. Pan-fry them until brown and soften.

3. Sprinkle soy sauce over green peppers. (Smoke comes out.)
