Japanese Mustard and Anchovy Butter

Japanese mustard is hotter than any other mustard. You can use other mustard instead but the pungent taste of Japanese mustard matches well with the good strong taste of anchovy!

INGREDIENTS

・ 2 tsp. Japanese mustard
・ 2 filets anchovy (chopped)
・ 1 clove garlic (chopped)
・ 30 g butter

<garnish with>
・ bread (sliced)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Take the butter out from a fridge to soften in a bowl.
2. Add all the ingredient and mix well using whisk.
3. Spread on the bread and toast, serve hot.
