Japanese mustard is much hotter than any other mustard like Dijon, French or American mustard. It really goes well with soy sauce!
・ 1/2 tsp. mustard
・ 1 tbsp. dashi stock
・ 1 tbsp. soy sauce
・ 1 tsp. sugar
・ vegetables (blanched)
1. Mix the ingredient well until the sugar melt.
2. Sprinkle the sauce over the blanched vegetables and serve it.
