・10 g kombu-seaweed
・1 L water
1. Cut kombu-seaweed with scissors.
2. Put kombu and water into a container and keep in a fridge. If you finish to use all the kombu water, add another 1 L of water (Possible to use kombu twice)
3. It can be kept in a fridge for 1-2 weeks. The kombu-seaweed water can be used for miso soup, simmered dishes, and so on. The leftover of kombu can be eaten in simmered dish or anything.
