This canned Saba-Misoni has soy sauce and sweet flavour. So they match well with the salty bacon and the potatoes absorb the umami flavour from the fish. Pink pepper gives refreshing aroma!
・1 can Saba-Misoni (sliced) (cooked mackerel in miso sauce by KESENNUMA HOTEI Co., Ltd.)
・300 g potatoes (sliced)
・50 g bacon (sliced, cut to 2 cm length)
・some cheddar cheese
・1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
・some salt and pepper to taste
・some pink pepper
1. Line potatoes, bacon, and Saba-Misoni alternately into a gratin plate. Sprinkle some cheddar cheese, extra virgin olive oil, some salt and pepper.
3. Put it into oven at 180℃ for about 15min. Sprinkle chopped parsley and pink pepper. Serve hot.
