Marinated Tofu in Shio-Koji

SERVES: the amount that can be made easily

 

INGREDIENTS:

・1 piece (400 g) tofu (momen, firm tofu)
・2 tbsp. (40 g) shio-koji

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Blanch the tofu for about 3 minutes and drain it with pressing under a weight.

2. Spread shio-koji around tofu and wrap with cling film. Then put it into an airtight container and marinate it in a fridge for a week.
