Matcha salt is a traditional seasoning in Japanese cuisine and is often used to Tempura or grilled fish. It extract umami flavour from the ingredients and this is one of the most important methods in Japanese cuisine rather than adding umami. When using matcha salt, not only it provide the matcha flavour but it makes the dish perfect!
・1 tomato (sliced)
・1 mozzarella cheese (sliced)
・some extra virgin olive oil
・some matcha salt
・1 tsp. matcha (by Hoshino-seichaen Co., Ltd.)
・1 tsp. salt
1. Place the tomatoes and mozzarella alternatively. Sprinkle extra virgin olive oil, pepper, and matcha salt.
