Mint Yogurt and Shio-Koji Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

・100 ml yogurt
・2 tsp. (12 g) shio-koji
・some garlic
・some mint leaves

<Garnish>
・Deep-fried dish or vegetables you like

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Chop the mint leaves and grate the garlic.

2. Mix all the ingredients and serve with deep-fried dish or vegetables you like.
