Miso Acqua Pazza

INGREDIENTS

・ 800 g sea bream or white fish
・ thyme
・ 3 cloves garlic(crushed)
・ 150 g mussels
・ 100 g shrimps
・ 150 g clams
・ 50 ml white wine
・ 200 ml water
・ 80 g cherry tomatoes
・ 10 black olives
・ some olive oil
・ 1 tbsp. caper
・ 2 tsp. miso
・ some extra virgin olive oil
・ some pepper
・ some lemon to garnish
・ baguette

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sauté fish in a frying pan with olive oil and thyme. Add garlic when the fish skin becomes crispy. After garlic is browned, add mussels, clams, white wine and water to cover the fish. Put a lid and cook until shellfish open.
2. Remove a lid and add cherry tomatoes, olives, capers and simmer 5 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and put miso. Sprinkle extra virgin olive oil and some pepper .
4. Serve with baguette.
