SERVES:2-3
INGREDIENTS
・2 tbsp. apple vinegar
・1 tsp. honey
・2 tsp. miso
・1 tbsp. cream
・1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated)
・same salt and pepper
・50 ml extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all the ingredient except for the extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.
2. Add the olive oil little by little while mixing with a whisk.
3. Serve it with your favorite vegetable salad.
