2 cups water
1 packet dashi soup base
120g bacon, chopped; 2cm-piece
70g onion, sliced 3mm-wide
80g cabbage, chopped; 3cm-piece
10g miso paste
Dried parsley for topping
1. Place water in a medium sauce pan and bring to a low simmer
2. Add a dashi packet and simmer for 5 minutes, and remove the packet
3. Add bacon, onion and cabbage.
4. Stir in the Miso, and serve immediately. Add dried parsley for topping.
