Miso soup with chicken and pumpkin

INGREDIENTS
2 cups water
100g chicken (thigh), cut into pieces
90g pumpkin, peel and seed and cut into bite-sized chunks
10g butter
2-3 fresh basil
12g miso paste

INSTRUCTIONS
1.    Add the butter in a medium sauce pan and stir-fly chicken until it becomes white.
2.    Add pumpkin and continue to stir-fry together until the chicken becomes golden brown
3.    Add water and boil until the pumpkin becomes soft
4.    Stir in the Miso, and serve immediately. Add chopped basil for topping
