Miso soup with dried radish (kiriboshi daikon) and sausage

SERVINGS : 2

INGREDIENTS
2 cups water
1 packet dashi soup base
80g sausage, chopped; 2-3cm-piece
10g dried radish (kiriboshi daikon)
1/2 avocado, diced
10g miso paste

INSTRUCTIONS
1.    Place water in a medium sauce pan and bring to a low simmer
2.    Add a dashi packet and simmer for 5 minutes, and remove the packet
3.    Add the sausage and dried radish, and simmer for 3 minutes
4.    Stir in the Miso, and add avocado. Serve immediately
