Miso soup with fish and watercress

SERVINGS : 2

INGREDIENTS
2 cups water
110g white fish such as cod or haddock, cut into bite-sized chunks
4g watercress, cut into 3cm-piece
grated yam kelp for topping
8g miso paste

INSTRUCTIONS
1.    Place water in a medium sauce pan and bring to a low simmer
2.    Add fish, simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the scum using strainer while simmering
3.    Add watercress
4.    Stir in the Miso
5.    Serve immediately, and place the grated yam kelp for topping
