Miso soup with tofu and kimchi

SERVINGS : 2

INGREDIENTS
2 cups water
100g tofu, cut into bite-sized chunks
40g kimchi
30g green pea
Katsuobushi, sliced dried bonito
10g miso paste

INSTRUCTIONS
1.    Parboil the green pea
2.    Place water in a medium sauce pan and bring to a low simmer
3.    Add kimchi and tofu
4.    Add green pea, stir in the Miso, and serve immediately. Add katsuobushi for topping
