Miso matches with yogurt well! If you cannot get Greek yogurt (thicker than normal yogurt), also can use normal one. In that case, you need to drain yogurt or adjust miso and salt to taste.
・ 100 ml Greek yogurt
・ 2 tbsp. miso
・ 1/2 cucumber（chopped and drained）
・ dill or parsley (chopped)
・ 1 clove garlic (chopped)
・ 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
・ some salt and pepper to taste
1. Put miso, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well using whisk. Then add the cucumber, yogurt and dill. Mix well.
2. Serve it with crackers.
