【Miso × Cheese】 MARINATED CHEESE WITH MISO

Cheese itself is already tasty, so don’t you think it’s not necessary to marinate with miso? Miso and cheese are both fermented food and the combination makes a synergy effect of umami flavour! You can choose any cheese whatever you like. Try it!

INGREDIENTS:

・ 100 g cheese (mozallera、camanbert, cheddar, or whatever you like)
・ 1 tbsp. miso
・ 1/2 tsp. sugar
・ some black pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Put the miso and sugar into a plastic bag and crumple to mix them. Add the cheese into it and mix them.
2. Rest for about 1-2 days in a fridge.
3. Cut small cube (1cm- 1.5cm) and sprinkle some pepper. Serve it.
