Do you know a local fishermen’ food called “Namerou” in Chiba pref. where has lots of farm produce and fresh fish. Namerou is made of blue-skinned fish, vegetables as condiments, soy sauce, and miso. Miso remove the fishy smell and extract umami flavour from fish. This recipe is inspired by Namerou and I promise it tastes superb! Try it and enjoy your dish!
・ 150 g tuna (raw, roughly chopped)
・ 1/2 onion (chopped and immersed in cold water and drained)
・ 1 tsp. caper
・ 1/2 avocado (0.5mm cube)
・ 1 tbsp. miso
・ 1 tbsp. white wine
・ 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
・ some salt and pepper
・ some lemon juice
・ some chives (chopped)
1. Put the tuna, onion, caper, miso, white wine, and olive oi into a bowl.
2. Add the avocado and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle some olive oil and chives. Serve it.
