Miso is sure to lose the flavour and egg also becomes lumpy if overheated. But you never make such mistakes with this recipe because you can use a bowl to mix the spaghetti and the other ingredients, not in a heated frying pan. Miso goes well with black pepper flavour! Enjoy your dish mixed with Romagna and Japanese miso!
・ 160 g spaghetti
・ some salt to boil the spaghetti
・ 60 g pancetta or bacon (8 mm cube・ 3 cm length)
・ some olive oil
・ 1 egg
・ 2 tsp. miso
・ 45 g parmesan cheese
・ some black pepper
・ parsley (chopped)
1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. At the same time, stir-fry the pancetta in a frying pan until crispy.
2. Put the egg, miso, and parmesan cheese into a bowl and mix them.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti and the pancetta into 2 and mix well. Add some salt if needed. Serve immediately with some ground black pepper and parsley.
