Miso and Parmesan Cheese Dip

Miso contains umami flavour itself and goes well with dairy products such as milk and cheese. Miso is a magical food and seasoning as well to enhance the umami flavour dramatically.

INGREDIENTS:

・2 tbsp. miso
・1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
・2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
・1.5 tbsp. milk
・1 tsp. white wine vinegar
・some pepper

<Garnish>
Fresh stick vegetables:
・celery
・carrot
・daikon-radish

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix well. Adjust the taste with some salt and pepper. Serve it with fresh stick vegetables.
