Soy sauce doesn’t choose the ingredients to match. Of course, soy sauce and olive oil go well and it’s quite tasty!
・ 160 g capperini
・ salt（to boil capperini）
・ 100 g oil sardine（cut to 2cm length）
・ 1 tomato（peeled and cut to dice ）
・ 2 tsp caper
・ dill（roughly chopped）
・ oil from sardine
・ extra virgin olive oil
・ 2 tbsp soy sauce
・ some lemon juice
・ pepper to taste
1. Bring water to a boil. Put all the ingredients into a bowl while cooking capperini.
2. When the capperini cooked, drain it and put into iced water for a bit and drain it.
3. Mix 1 and 2 well and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve it.
