This canned Sanma-Ajituke has soy sauce and sweet flavour. So they match well with blue cheese. I use my favorite Stilton in here. I recommend you to put a lot of pepper and it gives the perfect taste!
・70 g Sanma-Ajitsuke (cooked Pacific saury in soy sauce by KESENNUMA HOTEI Co., Ltd.)
・60 g blue cheese
・20 g walnuts
・50 ml milk
・some pepper to taste
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Adjust the consistency with some more milk if needed.
2. Serve it with vegetables or bread.
