SERVES:2
INGREDIENTS:
・4 leaves (200 g) cabbage
・60 g sliced bacon
・2 tsp. (13 g) shio-koji
・some cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Roughly chop the cabbage and cut the bacon into 1 cm length.
2. Pan-fry the bacon with some cooking oil over medium heat, then pan-fry the cabbage and shio-koji together. Combine together and serve it.
