Pan-Fried Chicken with Sake Lees

・300 g chicken breast
・4-6 pieces (150 g) sweet pepper
・some cooking oil
・some salt
・1 tsp (5 g) water if needed

<Sake lees marinade>
・20 g sake lees
・1/4 tsp (1.5 g) salt



1. To make sake lees marinade, put the sake lees to microwave for 10 seconds and mix with the salt.

2. Marinate mouthful-sized chicken breast with the and rest it overnight.

3. Deseed the sweet pepper and cut into mouthful size.


4. Put cooking oil into a frying pan over medium heat and pan-fry the chicken and sweet pepper. If the pan catches, add some water. Season with salt.
