Enjoy the aroma of browned soy sauce!
・1 (270 g) fresh sweet corn
・some cooking oil
・2 tsp. (12 g) soy sauce
・1 tsp. (3 g) sugar
1. Peel the fresh corn. Wet it and wrap with cling film. Put it into a microwave at 600 watts for 3-5 minutes. Leave it for a while until the excess heat is removed.
2. Remove the cling film with care not to burn yourself. Cut it into 4 or 5 pieces. Meanwhile, stir in the glaze mixture.
3. Spread cooking oil into a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the corn until lightly browned. Then, spread the glaze with a brush and cook until golden brown.
