Ponzu-Vinegar with Grated Daikon-Radish

You can make the sauce with only ponzu-vinegar and radish. However, if you add the sake and mirin, the flavour goes more complicated and deeper!

SERVES:3-4

 

INGREDIENTS:

・ 30 ml mirin (sweet sake)
・ 30 ml sake or white wine
・ 40 ml ponzu-vinegar
・ 100 g daikon-radish (grated finely)

<Garnish>
・ fried chicken

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put mirin and sake into a sauce pan over heat and boil it. Remove from heat and add daikon -radish and ponzu-vinegar.
2. Serve with fried chicken.
