This recipe is different from standard miso soup. Even so, I’m sure you will be surprised at the superb taste!
・ 100 g green peas (boiled)
・ 3 g powdered dashi
・ 300 ml water
・ 2 tsp. miso
・ some extra virgin olive oil
1. Bring the water to a boil in a sauce pan with powdered dashi, add peas and simmer 3 minutes. Don’t cook too much, otherwise the colour changes dull.
2. Put 1 into a blender until smooth, then back to the pan. If it becomes lukewarm, need to put it over heat.
3. Turn off the heat and stir miso, serve it.
