I guess you already know some bagel filling, however I’ll show you Japanese-style sweet bagel. I’m sure Combination of Red bead jam and cream cheese impresses you!

・1 piece bagel of wheat and rice flour
・2 tbsp. red bean jam
・20 g cream cheese
1. Halve the bagel, spread the red bean jam and cream cheese on the bottom part.
2. Sprinkle some nutmeg on one side. Put together and serve it.
