・200 g white rice (uncooked, rinsed)
・1/2 onion (chopped)
・1 clove garlic (chopped)
・1/2 can red kidney beans (drained)
・1 tbsp. olive oil
・180 ml chicken stock
1. Stir-fry the garlic and onion in a sauce pan or a cray pot, then add the rice ,chicken stock, kidney beans, and salt.
2. Cook the rice for about 10 minutes with a cover over medium heat.
3. When the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and wait until 10 minutes to steam. Make sure not to open the lid.
4. Mix gently and serve it.
