It is warmed-up sake with orange juice like “vin chad (hot wine)”. While hot wine is usually put some spice, I don’t put it into the sake chaud in order not to hide the good feature of sake flavour. It can be enjoyed the most at around 60℃. Higher than that, you will spoil the original sake aroma.
・100 ml Japanese sake
・100 ml orange juice
・1 slice orange
1. Pour the sake and orange juice into a heat-resisted glass. Then put it into a microwave to around 60°C.
2. Take it out and add sliced orange.
