・2 slices (250 g) pork loin
・1 (220 g) tomato
・1-1.5 tbsp. (25 g) shio-koji
・some cooking oil
1. Put the pork and shio-koji into a plastic bag and release the air. Rest it in a fridge for 30 minutes at least to 1 night.
2. Take out the pork from the plastic bag and cut it into mouthful sides. Cut the tomato into the same size.
3. Spread oil into a frying pan and saute the pork until golden blown over medium heat. Then add tomato and cook.
