Simmered Yellowtail with Japanese Radish and Tofu

This canned Buri-Daikon is already a completed dish itself. Therefore, it is the arranged recipe to make the dish more filling and nutritious. The Buri-Daikon has already rich taste and it makes the cooking process quite simple and easy. It is perfect with Japanese white rice!

・1 can Buri-Daikon (cooked yellowtail and Japanese radish in soy sauce by KESENNUMA HOTEI Co., Ltd.)
・200 g tofu(3 cm cube)
・1/4 bunch spinach(blanched)
・1 piece ginger(shredded)
・50 ml water
・1 pinch of salt
・1 tbsp. soy sauce


1. Put water, tofu, Buri-Daikon into a saucepan with its juice and cook for about 5 minutes with a cover. When the tofu is cooked inside, remove the cover and reduce the liquid.
2. Add spinach and soy sauce. Serve hot with shredded ginger.
