Japanese people love raw eggs and can buy fresh eggs in supermarkets or anywhere. And the most popular dish of raw egg is “Tamagokake-gohan” which is a raw egg on steamed rice with soy sauce. This is the most popular breakfast. If you don’t take raw eggs, try this scramble egg and taste the superb combination!
・ 2 eggs
・ 1 tbsp. soy sauce
・ 1 tsp. cream or 1 tbsp. milk
・ some pepper
・ some butter
・ some parsley (chopped)
1. Beat the eggs and stir with a whisk or chopsticks. When the egg white smoothen, add soy sauce and mix.
2. To make scramble egg, heat the frying pan with butter at medium heat. Add egg mixture and stir with chopsticks or wooden spoon. When egg is cooked approximately 70%, remove from the heat and continue to stir.
3. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and serve hot.
