Spaghetti Miso Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese with Miso_©Cupido



・ 180 g spaghetti
・ some parmesan cheese

< Miso Bolognese >
・ 200 g Bolognese sauce
・ 100 ml water
・ 2 tbsp. miso
・ 1 tsp. soy sauce
・ some extra virgin olive oil
・ black pepper to taste


1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot, put enough salt and boil spaghetti.
2. Put Bolognese sauce and water into frying pan at high heat. When boiling, reduce to low heat and add miso.
3. Put cooked spaghetti into 2 and mix vigorously over high heat. Add soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and parmesan cheese. Add salt if needed.
