You need: 20 x 20 cm baking dish
500 grams spinach
130 grams bacon
1 package of tofu
2 tablespoons milk
Nutmeg (to taste, but a dash will do)
100 grams shredded cheese
A dash of salt (or to taste)
A dash of pepper (or to taste)
1 tablespoon oil
1.Boil the spinach for a short time. Then remove it and cut it into pieces about 3cm in length. Cut the bacon into thin strips.
2.Wrap the tofu in a paper towel, place it in a dish, and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes at 600w. The paper towel is used to keep it cool and moist. Then cut it up.
3.Heat the oil in a frying pan and then fry the bacon. Once the bacon is cooked thoroughly, add the spinach and then a dash of salt and pepper.
4.Take the ingredients from the previous step and place them in a baking dish and mix them around. Then mix in the shredded cheese.
5.Next, add the tofu and milk and mix until the mixture is creamy (using a whisk).
6.In a separate bowl, put in your eggs, a little nutmeg, and mix well while adding another dash of salt and pepper.
7.Pour the mixture from step 6 into your baking dish with the other ingredients and mix well. Then place the dish in the oven and bake at 200℃ for 20~30 minutes.
8.Cut the dish into appropriate-sized pieces and serve.
