Steamed Chicken Brest with Spicy Miso Mayonnaise

・ 1 fillet chicken breast
・ salt and pepper to taste
・ 200 ml water
・ 1/2 tsp. salt
・ some green head of white leek (roughly sliced)
・ some skin of ginger
・ 1/2 white leeks (shredded)
・ 1/2 cucumber (shredded)

<Spicy miso mayonnaise>
・ 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
・ 2 tsp. miso
・ some cayenne pepper
・ 1 tbsp. water


1. Prepare a pan in just chicken size. Put water, salt, ginger and leek head into the pan over heat. Simmer seasoned chicken in it with a cover for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and cook over the remaining heat for about 15 minutes.
2. To make spicy miso mayonnaise, mix all the ingredients.
3. Take out the chicken and slice it into 5 mm thickness. Serve it with cucumber and white leek. Sprinkle the sauce.
