It is perfect with steamed rice. Also you can enjoy with a salad or bread!
SERVES: the amount that can be made easily
・200 g beef (brisket, top round cap off, or chuck Roll)
・1 tbsp. (15 g) white wine
・1 tbsp. (9 g) sugar
・some beef tallow
・1 clove ginger
・2 tbsp. (36 g) soy sauce
・1 tbsp. (21 g) honey
1. Slice the beef and cut it to mouthful size. Rub white wine and sugar into the beef. Set Aside. Shred the ginger.
2. Put some beef tallow into a sauce pan over medium heat and sauté the beef. When the beef are browned and cooked, add the ginger, soy sauce and honey and continue to cook until the sauce has cooked down completely.
