Do you think “alcohol” and “healthy” are compatible?
In Japan, some people say that drinking alcohol must gain weight! However, I don’t agree that thoroughly. I agree in the case of too much drinking. It makes people to lose the ability to judge what and how much they eat. As for myself, I drink alcohol seven days a week. However, I don’t put on or lose weight for several years (at the moment)!
I made these recipes of healthy appetizers, need only 5 minutes, using Japanese ingredients. When I create healthy recipes, I think the most important thing is of course “really tasty”. Also, when I want to be relaxed with some beer or wine, I don’t want to be bothered to make too much complicated dishes. After making easy healthy appetizers, you can fully enjoy together with someone or your own time!
